Montana

There’s no such thing as back to nature in Montana.

We call that everyday life. Everything is fresher here-whether it’s the air, the trees or our abundant rivers. We have far more elk, deer and antelope than people. Our wildlife is our No. 1 asset. We have the largest grizzly bear population in the lower 48 states. That’s one reason our Big Sky Country attracts so many meetings, events and conventions each year. Visitors can readily enjoy Yellowstone National Park, which sits along the border with Wyoming, or head up to Glacier National Park. With more than 250 lakes, it’s the most visited place in Montana.

Rafting, hiking and horseback riding are all popular activities in Montana-and a perfect way to unwind after a long meeting or event. So is fly-fishing.

Whether you’re planning a meeting or event in Missoula or Bozeman, Helena or Billings, you’re sure to have plenty to do. Our cities are small but they make up for that with an uncommon cultural richness.
