The Expo facility is designed on a circular plot with a showpiece water feature, and has over 100 acres of parking. Approximately 85 percent of the grounds are beautifully manicured with landscaped lawns that can be rented for a variety of events from Weddings, Picnics, Reunions, Car Shows, RV/Motorcycle Rallies, Animal Shows, Outdoor Trade Shows, Vendors...any event that can be placed outside will enjoy the lush green lawns.

The Hooker Creek Events Center, a multi-purpose indoor arena, is the largest of the buildings and is capable of hosting virtually any kind of Event, Conference, Tradeshow or Performance. The Three Sisters Conference & Convention Center has three main halls and a total of 10 surrounding breakout rooms. Within the Three Sisters Conference Center is a 5,000 sq. ft. kitchen designed to handle multiple catering and concessions for the entire facility. The High Desert Activity Center is a multi-purpose facility complete with wireless Internet accessibility, air-conditioning, sound, and restrooms.
