Mirabeau Park Hotel and Convention Center
The Mirabeau Park Hotel was recently awarded the prestigious AAA Three Diamond ratingSPOKANE, WA (June 14, 2004) - Mirabeau Park Hotel & Convention Center announced today its status has been upgraded to a Three Diamond Rating after a recent inspection by the Automobile Association of America. AAA Diamond Ratings represent a combination of overall quality, range of facilities and the level of service offered at the property. These widely recognized and trusted symbols help AAA members choose lodgings that will meet their needs and expectations. "The Three Diamond Rating is an important symbol of success," said co-owner Lee Cameron. "The added amenities and improvements we have made to date, such as the addition of wireless high speed Internet access and updating our outdoor pool with a year round heated deck surface, are a direct response to the needs of our travelers. Guest rooms have been updated with custom designed fine wood furniture and feature pillow top mattresses as a part of our exclusive Mirabeau Park Hotel Exquisite Sleep System. With the opening of our new restaurant and lounge later this year, we will be positioned to offer something for almost every traveler." AAA's Diamond Rating Program is the only hotel and restaurant review system in the nation that uses specially trained full-time professional tourism editors to evaluate lodging establishments and restaurants and rate them on a scale of one to five diamonds. These editors conduct unannounced evaluations and scrutinize such areas as cleanliness, safety, ambience, amenities and service. Nationwide, AAA inspects more than 47,000 properties each year. "This rating confirms our commitment to providing quality accommodations for our guests," explained Gordon Sombrowski, co-owner. "We are pleased and honored to have received this award. It is our intention to define quality, style and comfort in guest hospitality and bring to Spokane Valley a full service hotel that sets the standard in our industry. Our goal is to deliver a level of service guests expect from a four and five star hotel while continuing to make improvements and upgrades."
